What is Solar Pink& White nails and please explain.?

i know that pink and white is the powder for the nails..and solar can be the nails that they have that actually change color with the sunlight ...i'm not sure though....What is Solar Pink%26amp; White nails and please explain.?
Solar nail is not any Pink%26amp;White nail. It's a acrylic product from CND to make Pink %26amp; White. but after another company bought they changed to Perfect Color Power now. any Pink %26amp; White nail that doesn't have the name CND with solar or Perfect color is NOT solar nail
